Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
